About THE CENTENNIAL
Poulsbo’s Community hub, built for the generations.
The Centennial was born of a simple dream: create a one-of-a-kind gathering place in Poulsbo where we can do our best work, experience the best of locally sourced foods, relax with family and friends, take business to new levels, and let down our hair a little, too.
A place where community comes alive, bonds among neighbors become stronger, a sense of belonging is fostered, and appreciation for environmental sustainability runs deep.
The Centennial has become all of that and more.
Located in the heart of Poulsbo, adjacent to Centennial Park and within an easy 10 minute walk to historic downtown Poulsbo, the cutting-edge, 40,000 square foot building was carefully crafted to inspire, delight and bring people together. And so it does.
Vibe Coworks was the first to open its doors in The Centennial in October 2018. High Spirits and ChocMo relocated from their original locations soon after, followed by the debut opening of Crabtree Kitchen + Bar in Spring 2019.
In the time since then, The Centennial has quickly become a favorite place to work, eat and drink, drawing locals and visitors from across the region.
HONORING FAMILY AND OUR COMMUNITY.
The Centennial was built by leading Kitsap contractors, Tim Ryan Construction, using LEED sustainable business practices that honor both the legacy and future of Kitsap, effortlessly blending local and historic materials with modern architectural styles.
Owned and managed by Tim Ryan Properties, The Centennial was uniquely designed by Bremerton architects Rice Fergus Miller for third-generation Ryan-Crabtree family member businesses: ChocMo, Crabtree Kitchen + Bar, High Spirits and Vibe Coworks.
As longtime residents of Kitsap County the Ryan, Crabtree and Imbach families have a long history of commitment to this community and are proud to have been able to bring this unique building to life as a lasting contribution to everyone who calls this region home.
